At GETH Property Viewing Service, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and efficiency, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
If you provide us with the incorrect details for the property you wish us to view and we carryout our service. You will not receive a refund. Please check all the information before you send it to us.

Please go to the our viewing service page and select the package you require. Add the package to your basket. Proceed To your basket and follow the checkout instructions. Provide the property details you wish us to view in the comment box provided. Don't forget to include the estate agents contact details.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PROPERTY VIEWING SERVICE
1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between GETH Viewed (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the client (“you” or “your”) for the provision of property viewing services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
We provide a property viewing service on your behalf. This may include visiting residential or commercial properties, conducting virtual viewings, taking photographs or videos, and reporting on the condition of the property.
3. BOOKINGS AND CONFIRMATION
3.1. All bookings must be made in writing via email or through our designated platform.
3.2. Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received in full (unless otherwise agreed).
3.3. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion. If we attend a property and the estate agent does not show up for the viewing. We take no blame, as we would have attended the property viewing and carried out our service in which you paid for. We will not carry out our service if there is dead/living rodents in the property you wish us to view. We will rearrange a viewing once they have been professionally removed from the property.
4. FEES AND PAYMENT
4.1. The fee for the property viewing service will be communicated at the time of booking and must be paid in full prior to the scheduled viewing.
4.2. Additional charges may apply for properties located outside a specified radius of the North West and this will be clearly stated before the booking is confirmed.
4.3. Payments can be made via, credit/debit card through PayPal.
5. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
5.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule a viewing, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
5.2. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
5.3. If a viewing cannot take place due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., property owner’s refusal to grant access), you will not receive a refund if we had arrived to view the property in question. If you inform us of this problem before hand then you will be refunded in full.
5.4. We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or reschedule will be offered. As previously stated an example of this being if there were to be dead/living rodents within the property you wish us you view.
6. REFUNDS
6.1. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined in section 5.
6.2. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
6.3. No refunds will be issued once the viewing has been completed.
7. SCOPE OF SERVICE AND LIABILITY
7.1. Our role is limited to viewing the property and reporting observations. We are not qualified surveyors, and our service does not replace professional property surveys or valuations.
7.2. We will use reasonable care to provide accurate and objective feedback. However, we accept no liability for issues not identified during the viewing or for decisions made based on our report.
7.3. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the property listing or representations made by estate agents, sellers, or third parties.
8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1. It is your responsibility to provide accurate property details and viewing instructions at the time of booking.
8.2. If specific areas or aspects of the property are to be inspected, this must be communicated in advance.
9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
9.1. We will collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2. Personal information will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the property viewing service.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1. Our total liability for any claim arising from the provision of services is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant viewing.
10.2. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing the service due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or acts of government.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
